Question:
How do I navigate from one page to another?
Answer:
You will see a box on the left hand side displaying orange links,
simply hover to the links when turned black click the links to navigate to another webpage.
Question:
What are the three letters on the banner and the two coloured boxed images below the banner,
what do they represent and what is purpose?
Answer:
The three letters enable you to change the font-size to small medium and large.
The coloured image box is for high contrast colour and low contrast colour that enables you to change the font colours.
The reason behind having these accessibility functions is that there are users who have difficulty
in reading text colour and font sizes. The Image will show two screens one with light grey, one
with small text and one with light grey and large text. The default font size is medium.
Question:
If I get lost and want to get back to the homepage what do I do?
Answer:
To get back to the homepage simply hover over to the sites logo and when the cursor changes
left click the mouse and should return to the main page.
Question:
I want to order a product how do I do it?
Answer:
When you visit the website for the first time and you won't able to order
unless you have signed in as a member. To be a member you will need to register and fill out the
details. Once you have registered and logged in, the order button should appear on the right.
Question:
How do I sign up?
Answer:
A login link should be displayed at the right hand side soon after the search field.
Click on the link and then a login page should appear.
Question:
If I wanted to search for one or all products very quickly how do I do it?.
Answer:
To find individual products simply type in the product name you want to view in the search field
and it should display the item,and if you want to view all the product there will be
an advert on the left hand side, click on the link underneath the box and will enable to display all the images.
Question:
What are the vegetarian dishes and how do I know how mild and spicy they are?
Answer:
All vegetarian dishes will be under fresh vegetables and pulses.
There will be a spice rating with three chilli images that is displayed in the food catalogue page,
explaining what each represent in the rating.
Question:
There is no button to remove an item in the shopping cart, what do I need to do?
Answer:
You will need to type 0 in the quantity field in order to delete the item,
there will be a small instruction located in the shopping cart table
